Booking and Payment
– All bookings are subject to availability and are reserved with a 20% deposit
– Full payment is required 21 days in advance of events
Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
– Seabrook Sporting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participant Requirements
– Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by Seabrook Sporting staff.
– Minimum age and skill requirements may apply for certain activities.
Liability
– Participants engage in activities at their own risk.
– Seabrook Sporting is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the course of the activity.
Health & Safety
– Participants are responsible for informing Seabrook Sporting of any health conditions or concerns that may affect their participation.
– Seabrook Sporting reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the activity.
Code of Conduct
– Respect for the environment, fellow participants, and staff is mandatory.
– Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the termination of the activity without refund.
Intellectual Property
– All content on the Seabrook Sporting website is protected by intellectual property laws.
– Use of any content for commercial purposes without explicit permission is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
– Personal information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
– Seabrook Sporting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of -any changes.
SECTION 21 DISCLAIMER:
– It is an offense for someone who is prohibited by Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 to have a firearm or ammunition in his or her possession at any time. Section 21 applies to anybody who has been sentenced to imprisonment or to youth custody or detention in a young offenders’ institution for three months or more.
